Jeff and Mary, the partners, have decades of experience in accounting and financial services. We possess extensive expertise in accounting and financial services across multiple industries including, services, construction, real estate, food and beverage, medical, entertainment, retail, e-commerce, non profits, and more.
Our highly qualified staff of bookkeepers is meticulously screened and vetted. They work in close collaboration with the owners to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Mary Kvech, Founder/Partner – Mary has over 30 years of extensive bookkeeping experience, having honed her skills while working alongside numerous Controllers and CPA’s in Los Angeles and Orange County, CA. In 2008, she established her own bookkeeping company, which has provided her with a fulfilling opportunity to engage with clients.
Alongside her professional pursuits, Mary is an avid animal lover, dedicating her spare time to volunteering with animal rescue organizations for the past three decades. Additionally, she enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing and appreciates a good game of poker.
Jeff Kvech, Partner – Jeff is a seasoned professional in the field of accounting and finance, with over 15 years of experience. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every financial endeavor he undertakes.
Jeff’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California at Irvine, further enhancing his ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic decisions.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Jeff finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and pets. On his days off, there’s a good chance that you can find him at the beach or on the golf course.
Jacqlynn Hall, Office Manager/Bookkeeper – Jacqlynn brings a wealth of managerial expertise to her role at Bookkeeping Solutions, having amassed several years of experience in leadership positions. She possesses a certificate in bookkeeping which further strengthens her proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records.
She also enjoys spending time with her husband and pets, gardening, and rollerskating.
In addition to Mary, Jeff, and Jacqlynn, Bookkeeping Solutions has a staff of bookkeepers who assist in the data entry and reconciliation of your books on a monthly basis. Each bookkeeper has been tested and trained to ensure that your books are handled correctly.
